Description:

Elegant design and fresh look. The new C7000 series boasts a modern design created by Giugiaro, expressing the technological superiority of the DEUTZ-FAHR brand - a guarantee of excellent threshing performance and superior grain and straw quality, based on over 100 years of experience and continuous development of harvesting systems. The C7000 stands up to tough conditions and delivers superior threshing performance and quality in all conditions. The C7000 series is powered by Deutz V engines delivering exceptional field performance with some of the lowest fuel consumption in its class, thanks to EGR technology, SCR with AdBlue® and DPF. All these characteristics together make the C7000 series combine harvesters the ideal solution for any possible operating conditions. The Commander Cab V, with its excellent visibility, latest generation work lighting and exceptional comfort, makes the latest addition to DEUTZ-FAHR stand out from the crowd. For unrivaled performance and reliability, and the best harvesting results, every aspect of the new C7000 Series is designed to maximize grain, straw and productivity.

DEUTZ-FAHR has developed a modern threshing system for the new C7000 family, which sets new standards for this class. This robust, reliable and extremely efficient system handles the product gently throughout the entire grain separation process.
The result is superior cleaning performance.
In addition, since most of the grain separation process already takes place in the concave, this reduces stress on the walkers, increasing productivity, and also ensures gentle handling of the straw itself.

Threshing drum

The wide threshing drum with a diameter of 600 mm has a width of 1.52 m for 6 models of straw walkers.
The drum is equipped with eight bars (screwed for quick and easy replacement) for perfect threshing.
The action of the elevator channel, combined with the configuration of the threshing system, ensures that product is delivered to the threshing drum with an even flow and without clogging.
Opening above the feed channel for easy maintenance.

Multi-segment concave

An additional contribution to the versatility of the C7000 is the optional multi-segment concave (4mm wire diameter), specially designed to immediately change the configuration of the combine harvester as required for different crops: the concave segments are simply removed through the stone catcher hole and replaced with specific segments for the next harvest.
The concave features fifteen rasp bars set at a 121 ° angle for superior threshing and separation efficiency.
The distance between the concave and the threshing drum at the front and rear can be adjusted independently of each other using electric motors controlled by the Commander Control system. For particularly difficult threshing crops, a set of manual canopy removal plates are also available.

Thresher drum reducer

The threshing drum is equipped with a robust transmission with electronically adjustable speeds ranging from 420 to 1250 rpm, allowing the operator to select the ideal speed for each crop.
and the variable speed automatic transmission tensioner system protects the belts and threshing drum from overloading.
For particularly delicate crops, an additional gearbox is available that can be easily fitted to the flange of the threshing drum. This block reduces the operating speed from the standard 420 - 1250 rpm range to the 210 - 625 rpm range.

Turbo separator

The C7200 TS models are equipped with a 600 mm diameter turbo separator with ten rasp teeth, increasing productivity by up to 20%. The system uses centrifugal force and an additional mesh (in 40 mm increments) that increases the surface area of the combine by 0.81 m² for 5 straw walkers or 0.97 m² for 6 straw walkers to ensure optimal grain separation even in the most challenging conditions.
The turbo separator can be electrically set in five different positions (for drum travel from 25 to 65 mm) and operate at two speeds: 775 rpm for smaller seed crops and 410 rpm for heavier seed crops.

Straw walker

Large surface area, length and stroke of the straw walker ensure efficient separation of the last grain from the straw,
and their open design improves product flow in high humidity environments.
The first stage of the straw walker (4 on the C7206 and 5 on the C7205) is deeper in order to slow down the flow of crop leaving the threshing system and to increase the efficiency of the first stage of separation.
The system is installed on special, sealed, maintenance-free bearings, which reduce noise and power losses, as well as increase the life of the shaft and the straw walkers themselves.

And for even greater separation efficiency, the straw walkers can be equipped with special combs, and the return chute has a special shape, so that the crop already reaches the grain preparation bowl in a layered form.

Like the threshing system, the cleaning system is also an exclusive DEUTZ-FAHR design.
The sieves cover an unusually large area and the turbine works in conjunction with a two-stage system to efficiently clean large quantities of product.

Turbine

The high-performance (diameter 400 mm) 44-blade turbine draws in air across the entire width of the combine. The turbine speed is electrically adjustable from 480 to 980 rpm.
The volume of the cross-flow air flow is controlled by deflectors, which accelerate or slow down the supply of air to the sieve. The air is evenly distributed over the entire length of the tank. The volume of the cross-flow air flow is controlled by deflectors that accelerate or slow down the supply of air to the sieve for an even supply along the entire length of the tank.

DGR

As the name suggests, the DGR (Double Grain Return) system consists of two separate grain recovery systems, one on either side of the combine.
The DEUTZ-FAHR recovery system redistributes the material onto the grain preparation tray. This solution prevents the risk of overloading the threshing system, ensuring smooth operation in the field and preventing product loss from the straw walkers.
The DGR uses friction inserts (interchangeable for different crops) that additionally thresh the recovered grain.
The recovery rate is continuously monitored and an alarm warns of overload conditions.
The CCM includes a recovery monitoring function that further increases the productivity of the machine.

Unloading

Capacity 90 l / sec. ensures fast emptying of the tank, and the unloading speed is regulated by means of special deflectors in the tank next to the unloading auger.

Chopper

The integrated straw chopper has a rotor with 48 blades arranged in 4 rows on 5 straw walkers or 60 blades on 6 straw walkers. The blades are serrated and curved.
This configuration creates an airflow that distributes material evenly over the entire surface of the cutting tables and can be adjusted using manually operated deflectors (electrical adjustment available as an option).
The system can be configured to chop straw or maize by simply replacing two pulleys, without the need for additional gearboxes to thresh heavier crops.
The position of the counter knife is adjusted to obtain the desired degree of chopping.

Engine

The combine harvester engine must not only be powerful enough to meet the performance and functional requirements of the machine itself, but also to operate additional equipment and attachments such as straw choppers, corn cutters, stalk shears, etc.
It must also provide sufficient torque reserve to ensure reliable operation, even in difficult conditions, without sacrificing threshing system speed.
The new models in the C7000 range achieve unprecedented levels of performance with minimal impact on the environment.
The 7.7-liter Mercedes-Benz OM936 engine develops power up to 353 hp.

Putting every ounce of strength into the work

Power is drawn from both ends of the crankshaft, which separates hydraulic and mechanical functions and provides a direct drive with no power loss.
This also means fewer drive belts are used and the belts themselves are more accessible, which reduces the operating costs of the combine.

Low environmental impact

An exhaust aftertreatment system with an exhaust gas recirculation valve, SCR and DPF ensures Stage V compliance.
The combination of several technologies reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions. The new self-cleaning filter further improves the quality of the air supplied to the engine, ensuring superior efficiency even in very dry and dusty conditions.

Four-speed transmission

A four-speed hydrostatic transmission allows the driver to maintain the ideal speed for all harvesting conditions and infinitely adjust the speed from the level next to the driver's seat. Perfectly spaced gear ratios ensure there is always enough torque to operate even in the most critical traction conditions.
Gearbox and transmission gears are lapped to reduce operating noise without compromising the durability and reliability of the transmission system.

Load cell hydraulic system

The hydraulic system of the new C7000 provides ideal hydraulic oil flow for all major control functions, while also providing superior precision and smoothness.
The pumps are designed for exceptional strength and reliability, and are sized to meet any power requirement.
Load sensing system optimizes energy supply and consumption. The hydraulic pump is load-dependent, so oil is delivered at the correct pressure and in the exact quantities required for effective demand.

The new Commander Cab V has been designed to provide excellent visibility, a clear view of the cutting table and a spacious, comfortable and ergonomic working environment that embodies the unique strengths of the DEUTZ-FAHR brand. The interior of the cab is attractively decorated with attractive colors and soft materials. The spacious, supportive and fully adjustable driver's seat (available with air or mechanical suspension) is the perfect complement to the innovative cab design. The steering column with infinitely variable gas spring system contributes to better all-round visibility.
The rim is covered with anti-slip material and is shaped for a secure grip. The air conditioning system allows the driver to set the temperature and air flow to personal preference and maintain a comfortable working environment inside the Commander Cab V.
High quality finishes give the Commander Cab V a unique touch of premium elegance.

Command control

The CCM (Combine Control Management) module allows the driver to control all parameters of the combine's performance: calculating the total and partial cultivated soil area, hourly productivity, losses, recovery rate and header position. The system also allows the driver to set maximum loss and recovery limits based on grain size.
The alarm, temperature and level indicators are clearly visible and immediately recognizable. The module also constantly monitors important machine parameters such as the total number of threshing hours, as well as partial and total engine hours. The brightness and contrast of the monitor can be adjusted to suit different working conditions and individual operator preferences.
The various functions of the CCM are accessed from a membrane keyboard with 14 buttons (illuminated in night mode), allowing the operator to easily control all parameters of the combine.

Camera kit

Cameras for monitoring the area surrounding the combine. Images from color and infrared cameras are displayed on a new 7-inch monitor.
Cameras provide the operator with an unobstructed view of the area behind the combine (ideal for maneuvers), the tank dump area and the lower rear of the combine, providing unparalleled visibility and control when using the towbar, straw chopper and chaff spreader.
